DR. SHARADA K. TRIPATHI
DNP, FNP-C
Dr. Sharada Kaphle Tripathi, Family Nurse Practitioner is the Owner and Medical Director of Revive Medical Wellness. She graduated Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, and is Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has 20 years of experience in healthcare including Emergency, Trauma, Regenerative medicine, and aesthetics medicine.
Dr. Tripathi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in preventative, integrative, and regenerative medicine. She is always willing to help others positively and kindly. She specialized in hormone replacement therapy, joint care, weight loss, advanced skin treatments such as; neurotoxin, dermal/lip filler, PRP, medical grade skincare, and hair restoration.
Dr. Tripathi partners with patients to achieve age gracefully, live healthily, and stay happily. She strongly believes in continuing education, updating proven safety protocols, and staying up to date to deliver the safest care to her patients. She is passionate about providing healthcare awareness and the latest research to the community. She focuses on preventative and wellness care to provide everlasting healthy lifestyles to her patients.
Dr. Tripathi is originally from the Himalayan kingdom of Nepal. Her compassion and enthusiasm for treating and helping people with healthcare needs led her to pursue a doctorate in family nurse practitioner. Her inspiration is how healthy aging, hormonal balance, and beautiful skin can impact individual self-confidence. She believes health is the greatest wealth.
When she gets free time she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She is married and has 2 boys and one daughter. She loves outdoor activities such as hiking, exploring the mountains, and traveling as wonderful ways to spend quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
ALONDRA GUERRERO
Medical Esthetician/ Marketing Manager
At Revive Medical Wellness, Alondra is a skilled medical aesthetician and marketing manager with over eight years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Advertising, she expertly combines her creative marketing background with a deep passion for skincare. Licensed as an aesthetician in the state of Colorado, Alondra is dedicated to helping clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin.
Her passion is in addressing each client’s unique skin concerns—whether it’s acne, aging, or overall skin health—and crafting personalized treatments that leave them feeling confident and glowing. Alondra believes everyone deserves to feel beautiful in their own skin, and she takes great pride in guiding her clients on their journey to self-love and enhanced well-being.
With her unique blend of hands-on esthetic expertise and marketing acumen, Alondra plays a crucial role at Revive Medical Wellness, ensuring clients not only receive top-tier skincare but also experience a personalized, uplifting journey to confidence and self-care.

MARIAN F. RODRIGUEZ
Medical Assistant / Licensed Aesthetician
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I am a proud first-generation American with deep roots in a hardworking Mexican immigrant family. Growing up, I was surrounded by the values of resilience, humility, and perseverance—qualities that have shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. My parents' dedication and strength instilled in me a strong sense of purpose and a heartfelt commitment to serving others.
Today, I bring that same dedication to my work at Revive Medical Wellness, where I am honored to serve in a unique dual role as both a licensed aesthetician and a certified medical assistant. This combination allows me to support patients across a wide spectrum of their wellness journey—from clinical care to aesthetic enhancement—helping them feel not only healthier, but also more confident and empowered.
My professional journey began at the Aveda Institute Denver, where I developed a deep passion for skincare, personal care, and client connection. I quickly saw how powerful it is to help someone feel seen, heard, and confident in their own skin. That experience sparked my interest in the broader world of healthcare, where I knew I could make an even greater impact. I pursued my certification as a Medical Assistant through Concorde Career College in Aurora, which prepared me to support patients in clinical settings with care, empathy, and precision.
At Revive Medical Wellness, I have the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team dedicated to comprehensive, integrative care. Whether I’m assisting with medical procedures, supporting patients during appointments, or providing customized aesthetic treatments, my approach is always grounded in compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. I believe that health and beauty are deeply interconnected, and I strive to create meaningful experiences that support the full well-being of every person I work with.
I am also proud to be a bilingual professional, fluent in both English and Spanish. This enables me to build stronger connections with a diverse range of patients and ensure that language and cultural barriers never stand in the way of receiving excellent care. Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment is one of my top priorities.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring Colorado’s natural beauty, and caring for animals. Nature brings me a sense of peace and balance that I carry into my work. I also value time with my family and community, and I’m continually inspired by the people I serve every day.
Ultimately, my goal is to make every patient feel valued, supported, and empowered—whether they're visiting for a medical appointment, a wellness consultation, or an aesthetic service. GABRIELA GODINEZ

Gabriela is a bilingual Medical Assistant and Licensed Esthetician with more than 12 years of experience in healthcare. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of caring for patients and supporting them through some of their most personal and meaningful healthcare experiences. These experiences have shaped her approach to patient care, emphasizing compassion, attention to detail, professionalism, and creating an environment where every patient feels comfortable, respected, heard, and valued.
Her passion for aesthetics developed from her longstanding interest in skincare, beauty, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. As a Licensed Esthetician, Gabriela brings together her healthcare experience and passion for aesthetics to provide an approach that focuses not only on enhancing appearance, but also on promoting confidence, wellness, and overall well-being.

She is passionate about educating patients, understanding their individual needs and goals, and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment experience. BIKASH TRIPATHI
CFO, Business Operation
Bikash Tripathi, a key member of the team at Revive Medical Wellness, brings a wealth of experience and a unique skill set, combining his extensive background in both the financial industry and business operations. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Colorado Tech University (2014) and a Master’s in Social Science from Tribhuvan University in Nepal (2008), Bikash is well-equipped to bridge the gap between technology, business, and client care.​
His technical expertise in computer science allows him to drive innovation and implement efficient systems that streamline operations, enhance data management, and improve client services. On the other hand, his background in social science provides him with a deep understanding of human behavior, communication, and the social factors that influence health and wellness. This combination of skills enables Bikash to approach challenges with a holistic perspective, ensuring that the business runs smoothly while also prioritizing the needs and experiences of clients.
Bikash’s ability to navigate both the technical and interpersonal aspects of business gives him a unique edge in overseeing operations at Revive Medical Wellness. Whether it’s optimizing internal processes, managing financial strategy, or enhancing customer satisfaction, Bikash’s leadership ensures that the company delivers exceptional care and operational efficiency.
